Server backup
A copy of your server in a secure off-site location. Every night, a full backup is sent from your server, encrypted with a password that only you know.
What is backed up
- automation and billing databases
- issued invoices and uploaded files
- the encryption key, without which the saved account logins could not be read from the backup
How it works
- you set it up with one command, which we will email to you immediately after purchase
- the backup then runs automatically every night, so you don't have to think about it
- the last week is kept, and older ones are deleted automatically
- if a backup fails to arrive for two consecutive nights, we will let you know
How much space is included
You have 20 GB at your disposal, which is more than enough for a standard shop.
Security
The backup is encrypted with a password you choose yourself. Without it, no one can open it, not even us. It is entirely up to you whether you entrust us with a copy of that password or keep it to yourself.
Price
One hundred crowns per month. If you pay a year in advance, you only pay for ten months.
