On Thursday another customer books a course for about €28 at booking.hlinenka.cz and gets an invoice with a QR code by e-mail. On Friday he cancels the course and the invoice is cancelled on its own. Further work on the same server does not count. The licence is used when the brand is created at the start, right after you enter its name. At the end you confirm everything once more and can correct the name once if it is the same brand; then the name is fixed, and another brand means another licence and another server. You get another profile by putting more copies in the cart, or by buying the Additional Licence for Your Product, also later under the same account or e-mail and without a new installation. When you buy the same product again, the price is 20% lower. We arrange a team licence individually. Automatic e-mails and pages for your customers carry a short sentence in the footer, for example \"We set up this automation ourselves, with no technical skills, thanks to Pavel Mencl's products.\", with a link to the shop; invoices do not carry it (Art. VIII a of the terms and conditions). Whatever was created after the last backup is lost, which is why the backup runs every night.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWho sees my invoices and data?\u003c\/strong\u003e They are on your server, rented in your name. The copy in the storage is encrypted with a password only you have. Without it nobody can open it. The conversation with the guide itself is processed by the Claude service according to the terms and privacy settings of your account.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eI have a Shopify store. Why not Shopify Flow?\u003c\/strong\u003e Flow also runs on the Basic plan, but the action that sends data out to another application unlocks only on the Advanced plan, about €3,300 a year more. The guide loads the company details from the business register automatically only for a Czech company; elsewhere it fills them in with you. The QR payment in Czech crowns is only for accounts in the Czech Republic; for payments in euros the invoice has a QR code for payment in euros.
