Business Server
You will receive the download e-mail in this language, and Claude will talk to you in it.
End of the month. One browser tab with the invoicing program, a second with the automation tool, a third with bookings, a fourth with surveys. Each wants its few euros a month, and the automations have just told you that you have used up your run limit.
You pay rent for tools that could just as well run on your own server. Only nobody wants to spend evenings tuning a server.
Business Server is a guide in Claude Code. It takes you from the account at the hosting provider through the server order to finished invoicing and automations on your domain. It clicks, fills in and checks for you. You type the passwords, pay and confirm.
Invoices that issue themselves
Invoice Ninja invoicing with your company details from the business register, your logo, a reminder after the due date and a QR code for payment. Do you have a Shopify store? Every paid order becomes a paid invoice, and its number is written back to the order.
No subscription and no limit
The n8n automations run on your server, so you do not pay per run. You rent the server in your own name at Forpsi for about €8 a month including VAT. The applications on it cost nothing more.
Your data at home, the backup off the server
Every night the server is backed up and one copy goes, encrypted, to your storage. Only you have its password. Once a week after the backup, invoicing, automations and bookings update themselves to tested versions, and if something does not work, the server rolls back on its own. When something goes wrong, the guide returns the server to the state of a day you choose.
What else will run on the server
What you build with other products runs on the same server too. Everything is backed up along with it.
- Online bookings: the customer picks a service and a time, a paid service sends them an invoice, and a cancellation cancels the invoice on its own. On the My bookings page they see their appointments and invoices without a password.
- Surveys and forms: the customer scans a QR code on your website, fills them in, and the server processes the answers and sends you the result.
- Reviews: the customer fills in a form and the automations process the review.
- Sending e-mails to customers from your own address.
- Processing and sending contracts, forms and documents.
- My Assistant: it picks up your mail on its own and publishes posts on social networks for you.
Where you are on the path
Business Profile, Personal Brand Profile, Visual Brandbook, Reach Plan, Your Website, Business Server, Content Studio, Social, My Assistant.
After the profile, the brand, the brandbook, the reach plan and the website, you get a place where all of it starts working on its own. Content Studio, Social and My Assistant build on the server, and most of the other products work with it. What is neglected at the start catches up with you sooner or later, which is why things are built in this order.
How it works
Drag the file into the Claude desktop app and write "install this". Then write /server. The guide leads you step by step in a browser next to the chat: account, server order, addresses on your domain, backup storage, installation, invoicing, automations, second factor and a final check. You can do it all in one afternoon, about two hours on average. Most of the time you are just waiting for the payment, the addresses and the installation. You can pause the build at any time; the guide remembers where you stopped.
What you get
- A guide to building your own server in Claude Code, seven parts from the account to the handover.
- Invoice Ninja invoicing at invoice.yourdomain.com: your company from the register, logo, QR payment (in Czech crowns for an account in the Czech Republic, otherwise a QR code for payment in euros), a reminder 3 days after the due date, a blind copy of every invoice to your e-mail.
- n8n automations at n8n.yourdomain.com, with access to the invoicing.
- Connection to a Shopify store: an invoice from every paid order and the invoice number back on the order. Or a connection to a WordPress website.
- Optional online bookings at booking.yourdomain.com: services, working hours, e-mail confirmations, an invoice for a paid service, cancellation of the invoice when a booking is cancelled, and a My bookings page.
- Nightly backups on the server (7 days) and an encrypted copy in storage off the server, with a watchdog that writes to you when a backup does not arrive.
- Automatic updates of invoicing, automations and bookings to tested versions, with a rollback if something does not work.
- A second factor in both invoicing and automations.
- A server reset and a restore from a backup whenever you ask ("restore the backup", "check the backups").
- A record of the state of the server and all its addresses on your computer, without passwords.
Example
A made-up business, not a real customer.
The pottery studio Hliněnka sells mugs on Shopify and wheel-throwing courses on its website. On Wednesday a customer pays order #1042 for about €37. Within a minute there is a paid invoice 2026000042 with her address in the invoicing, and its number is shown on the order in Shopify. On Thursday another customer books a course for about €28 at booking.hlinenka.cz and gets an invoice with a QR code by e-mail. On Friday he cancels the course and the invoice is cancelled on its own. At 3:40 at night an encrypted backup goes to the storage, and at 4:30 in the morning the watchdog checks that it arrived.
How much you save
What you have on your own server and what it would cost a year as a service:
- Invoices with a QR payment and a reminder: about €104
- Automations without a limit (contracts, forms, documents): about €247
- Surveys and forms: about €143
- Reviews: about €167
- Sending e-mails: about €91
- Online bookings: about €220
- My Assistant: about €444
- Nightly backups off the server: about €259
- Total: about €1,650
On your own server you pay less than €105 a year. And that is counting the cheapest basic plans.
Do you have a Shopify store? For orders to issue invoices and collect reviews on their own, you would have to move to the Advanced plan. That is about €3,300 more a year. With the server you do not have to.
In the first year, add the guide once, at the price shown on this page.
Prices from the published Czech price lists of the services (Fakturoid, n8n, Survio, Judge.me, Ecomail, Reservio, Shopify, Forpsi and others), as of October 2026, converted from Czech crowns to euros at an approximate exchange rate.
Licence
For one person and one profile per purchased copy (one profile = one brand = one server). Further work on the same server does not count. The licence is used when the brand is created at the start, right after you enter its name. At the end you confirm everything once more and can correct the name once if it is the same brand; then the name is fixed, and another brand means another licence and another server. You get another profile by putting more copies in the cart, or by buying the Additional Licence for Your Product, also later under the same account or e-mail and without a new installation. When you buy the same product again, the price is 20% lower. We arrange a team licence individually. Automatic e-mails and pages for your customers carry a short sentence in the footer, for example "We set up this automation ourselves, with no technical skills, thanks to Pavel Mencl's products.", with a link to the shop; invoices do not carry it (Art. VIII a of the terms and conditions). We sell the guide, not the software: you rent the server in your own name, and the applications on it are freely available for use in your own business.
What you need
- A computer with Windows or a Mac, the Claude desktop app (free at claude.com/download) and a Claude Pro plan or higher. The guide runs only in the desktop app, because it goes through the pages with you in a browser next to the chat.
- Your own domain and a mailbox on it (for example info@yourdomain.com), at Forpsi, Google or elsewhere. If you do not have them yet, you set them up with the product Your Website.
- An account at Forpsi, or you create one with the guide.
- A payment card or account to pay for the server (about €8 a month including VAT, or about €96 a year) and the storage credit.
- Your company's account number in IBAN format for the invoices.
- On this page you choose the language of the product. The e-mail, the download and the whole guide come in that language.
Frequently asked questions
I cannot manage a server. Can I do this? Yes. The guide clicks and fills in; you only enter passwords, codes and payments. The server downloads the system security patches on its own, invoicing, automations and bookings update themselves to tested versions once a week, and backups run every night.
Would it not be easier to buy a ready-made server with n8n, or a subscription? A ready-made server with n8n preinstalled costs from about €33 a month at Czech providers and has no invoicing, bookings or backups off the server. Subscriptions to the same services come to about €1,650 a year, and with limits. Here you pay less than €105 a year for the server, plus the guide once.
What if the server breaks? The guide restores it from a backup to the state of a night you choose. Whatever was created after the last backup is lost, which is why the backup runs every night.
Who sees my invoices and data? They are on your server, rented in your name. The copy in the storage is encrypted with a password only you have. Without it nobody can open it. The conversation with the guide itself is processed by the Claude service according to the terms and privacy settings of your account.
I have a Shopify store. Why not Shopify Flow? Flow also runs on the Basic plan, but the action that sends data out to another application unlocks only on the Advanced plan, about €3,300 a year more. The server makes that move unnecessary.
A business outside the Czech Republic? The invoicing supports all countries, currencies and 45 invoice languages. The guide loads the company details from the business register automatically only for a Czech company; elsewhere it fills them in with you. The QR payment in Czech crowns is only for accounts in the Czech Republic; for payments in euros the invoice has a QR code for payment in euros. Please check the tax requirements for invoices in your own country yourself.
Does it do the accounting? No. The invoicing issues and sends invoices; your accountant or accounting program still does the accounting.

How much are you still paying this year for subscriptions to tools that could run on your own server? You build your own server in one afternoon with the guide, and after that you pay only the server rent.
